New Homer Resident Publishes Murder Mystery

Who would have thought Homer would produce a writer of murder mysteries? Well, 'produce' may not be the right work. Joyce Shields Colvin and her husband recently moved to Homer; hence, it can be said that Homer has its own published mystery writer.
