Local engineer is a published author
Downtown This Week, January 19, 2007 by Anthony DeMatteo

Rea-Silvia Costin, an engineer with the city of Jacksonville, opens “Labours of Love” a book of poetry from Noble House. Her poem, “Love” is the first work featured in the book.
