film crew inspires teen novel

When film director Jerry Bruckheimer came to Cape Canaveral six years ago to film the doomsday blockbuster "Armageddon" for Touchstone Films, he did more than raise Brevard County's awareness on Hollywood's radar screen. He inspired a local writer, Rusty Fischer, to author one of the most engaging books for middle school readers I've come across in a long time.
