Locals collaborate for fun and profit

Former county resident Debbie Clark Goyer, the daughter of former Carroll County Sheriff's Department workers Kay and the late Doyle Clark, has been penning rhymes for many years. That endeavor initially took the form of poetry and transitioned into writing county music lyrics about 25 years ago.
