North Tazewell author writes about domestic violence

Heather Horne has turned her experience in an abusive relationship into a book of poetry she hopes will inspire others suffering the same situation.
TAZEWELL - Domestic violence is a subject many people shy away from, but one local victim has put her thoughts and feelings on the matter into writing.
Heather Horne of North Tazewell recently published a book of poetry, I Chose to Survive, which she says deals with her experiences in an abusive relationship.
