MANITOWOC When thoughts come to author Vic LeClair III, he doesn’t waste any time in jotting them down.
In fact, the former Two Rivers resident enjoys letting his mind run freely. LeClair’s fantasy-ladened disposition has helped the novice writer get his first book, "Nick Faber’s Touch," published recently.
