Spinning tales for children

PROCTORVILLE -- Take a stroll down Highland Drive at Proctorville and experience a nostalgic neighborhood, created by close-knit families, children playing and a common meeting place.
That place would be the yellow house with burgundy shutters at the end of that dead end street. Kids gather there to jump on the trampoline and parents congregate for breakfast and discuss the latest talk of the village.
