Bill Sanford pens book about ‘chaos of cotton'

For Bill Sanford, there is no end to the beginning.
Sanford chuckled when asked his thought process when he begins a book.
“I have an outline, I guess you could say, but no, I don't know the ending when I start,” he said. “The story just develops.”
