Resident Debuts Children's Book

New local author Tony Savageau is pleased to announce the debut of A wild bunch adventure: The mystery of the golden skate (Publish America, $16.95) set in historic Mansfield, Massachusetts. A children’s adventure story that will especially capture the imaginations of kids between the ages of 7 and 12 is wonderfully illustrated by local artist, JoAnne Raditz.
Drawing on his experience as a father and his fondness of the history that surrounds us all, Savageau has written a story that was inspired by current events and town history. While local children and adults will recognize and appreciate many of the references in the book, everyone who reads this story will be captivated by the adventure and challenges the characters face as they race against time to solve the mystery they have uncovered.
