Claudia N. Tynes, a former resident of Smithfield, released a new book, "From Journal Into Print" (A Journey to Freedom From Within), by Publish America. The book chronicles her step-by-step pilgrimage of pursuing and accomplishing her dream of becoming an author and published writer.
