Poplar Bluff author publishes first fantasy novel

Harry Potter fans might not have to look to a British author anymore for their fantasy fix. Author and Poplar Bluff resident, Michael Todd Willoughby, recently had his first fantasy novel, Titus Whitby and the Magical Telescope: The First Parchment, published through PublishAmerica.

Willoughby was born and raised in Poplar Bluff. After leaving for 28 years to live in Kansas, he is back, and he brought a book full of fictional characters for the residents of this town to enjoy.
