Author’s sister serves as his No. 1 fan
Mystery set to hit shelves in late March

DANVILLE — Ray Collins learned to read at a young age while growing up in Muncie, Ind., and started writing at age 14. In the summers, he would visit his sister in Danville, and devour any book in sight.
That background has served Collins well, as he’s now a published author.
