Prominent Duluth Christian accountant publishes book

Let’s face it: All professions bring to mind a certain personality type. Teachers, lawyers, hairdressers, doctors ... we all have a mental image of what type of person performs these jobs. Accountants? Unfortunately, they can get a bad rap — they’re often seen as emotionless bean-counters who exist in a world of numbers.
John Dillard has stepped outside that box. He’s a top-notch CPA, no doubt about it. But he is also a romantic, a tale-spinner and a revered member of Gwinnett’s business community. This accountant is very much in love with his wife and two children, owns a Christian-based accounting firm called His CPA, is somewhat of a political activist and two weeks ago published a page-turner of a book entitled “Charleston Dawn.”
