Lifelong writer becomes published author

Evans, who is from Sumner, was at Olney Public Library on Saturday promoting her 80-page book, "The Power of Four."
The story revolves around four young girls who are adopted from an orphanage and taken to live on a farm. The girls eventually learn they are witches and must use their powers only for good and to protect all life forms.
