Stan J. Ganzeveld has lived in Goldfield nearly all his life. He loves Goldfield. It is where he and his wife, Linda, raised their family. It is home. But Stan admits he has a home-awayfrom-home…Brushy Creek.
Brushy Creek has held a special place in Stan’s heart for many years. When his children were young, he took the family there for countless weekends of camping. In addition to their camping gear and fishing poles, Stan packed a spiral-bound notebook. As he sat enjoying nature and his family, he also enjoyed jotting down a few notes.
