The write stuff Local author debuts romance suspense novel

Writing has been a part of Kathleen Germata's life since she was a child, and all of her efforts have finally paid off. At the age of 50, Germata has published her first novel, "Obvious as an Elephant's Nose."
Married to Ted Germata with two grown sons and living in Mundelein for close to 30 years, Germata has consistently incorporated writing into her busy life as a working mom and wife.
