Local author brings readers into fantasy world full of adventure
The Daily Mountain Eagle, August 14, 2006 by Briana Webster

Following seven adventurers on a quest through uncharted and unknown lands in search of a powerful stone is a mere taste of what fantasy lovers can indulge themselves in when they read local author William Brian Hale’s new book “Cancomere: A Theft in Coran.”

Hale is originally from Jacksonville, Fla., and much like his characters in the book who are constantly on the move, Hale has relocated a total of 28 times between 1994 and 2005 until he met his wife, Christie (Palmer) Hale. The two met over the Internet, dated two years before he popped the question, and married on June 7, 2006. They now live around the area of Sipsey.
