SENIOR CITIZEN BECOMES PUBLISHED
Hendershot Researchers Newsletter, July 2006 by Blair Hendershot
Janet McGuire Hendershot, senior citizen, resident of Old Town, Florida, since 1989, has sold one of her eight novels to Publish America, a mainstream publisher. The name of the novel is Backyard Burial, and will be available in bookstores late in 2006. The novel is set in Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida.
Backyard Burial will be one of several novels in a "Moral Mysteries" series where sex and profanity will be absent and plot will be enhanced.,
There are many novels available where objectionable language is avoided, but a particular doctrine of religion takes its place. These "Moral Mysteries" will feature moral heroines and heroes who depend on God to solve their problems, but do not focus on one particular religion. They pray, live life by a strict moral code and thank God at the end of the novel that they have lived through the adventure and can tell the world about it. You can see a partial free reading at janetmcguirehendershot.com.
CONGRATULATIONS Janet, and good luck.
