Noble resident publishes book

JB Roberts of Noble heard President George Bush say one day that he didn’t want our country to be so dependent on OPEC for our energy needs.
Roberts did a little research and came up with some ideas but no one else seemed to be listening. No one he contacted would even acknowledge his letters. So he decided to write a book.
