Local authors offer variety of reading material

. . . The Easy Side of Hard Times by Isaac Rucker (PublishAmerica) is a story about those whose land and homes were flooded out to make way for Norris Dam during the mid-1930s. Its book jacket promises that readers they will be "laughing one minute and reading through water-colored eyes the next."
