It’s a
familiar story.
John / Jane Doe has worked for the same company for decades. The company lets hundreds of workers go as a cost-cutting measure. Their jobs are now overseas and John / Jane Doe, facing mid-life, are unemployed for months and have to take a new direction in life.
Unfortunately, this has been the signature of corporate life for some time now. But what’s often not told are the stories of the ripple effects layoffs have not only on the victims, but also for everyone connected to them.
