Writer bursts publishing bonds to distribute first book

It took 20 years for computer programmer analyst Bill Vasquez, 56, of Joliet to get his first book from inspiration to publication, but the wait for him was well worth it. It gave him the time and experience needed to tell a complete love story, from its youthful beginning to its full adult maturity.
"Love's Bouquet: A Chicago West Side Story," is the fictional romance between Philip (Phil) and Angelina (Nina), through their first meeting in 1958 in the second grade when Phil moves to Chicago through their adult years and beyond.
