At her place, every day is Thanksgiving: Love and Charity Mission founder feeds body, soul of needy

Racine - For those wishing to give thanks during the holiday season, look no further than 1031 Douglas Ave.
Louise Hunter, who founded Love and Charity Mission, still shows up to cook for the agency's clients, like John Viney (left) and William Neal, and 50 to 100 others a day. For Thanksgiving, Hunter (center) and eight volunteers served about 300 people.
That is where Louise Hunter works her miracles every day as head of the Love and Charity Mission.
