Donates Books to Schools

Ponca
City author Roger Worley has donated copies of his book, "The
Wishbone Journal," to several local grade schools. He
said one of his motives for doing this is to get copies of
his books into the hands of young readers. Roger hopes this
will inspire the youth to spend more time enjoying reading,
along with expanding their imagination. His book, an adventurous
fictional story, revolves around a young boy's struggles as
the "new kid" in town, along with the adventures
of an old journal he discovers. Worley is currently working
on the publication of another book.
