Fairview author publishes second book

Fairview resident Web Ruble, 72, has published his second book, this time a spy novel drawn from his years in military intelligence.
“It’s not really a true story, but it has some truthful elements,” says Ruble, a retired Oregonian reporter, who has lived in Fairview since 1969.
