" So, there I was with three books written and four more in progress. I'd become so weary after receiving yet another "thanks but no thanks" e-mail from a publisher. I'd decided on that day I was going to give it up. Later that same day I received an e-mail from Publish America telling me they wanted to make me one of their authors. I nearly wet myself. Then, I met "the two Lorettas" (as i like to call them. They walked me by the hand as I took my first steps in "becoming an author". I now have one book published and signed contracts on two more. I've been treated with such respect and dignity that when I later received an offer from another publisher I said, "thanks, but no thanks." My first offering, All In Vein: the Rise of the Clan of the Lion, was number 9 on PA's best seller list. The positive way I've been treated has given me exactly what I needed to press on and write every day. It feels good to finally have a home for my work. Thanks for a swell adventure. I just finished chapter three to Part III of the All in Vein series. "
